- Improves A/D converter performance (with poor clocking, such
as from a tape machines own word clock, a 24 bit unit may only deliver
18 bit, or less).
- Eliminates clicks and pops from incorrect or lack of proper sync.
- Has multiple discreet outputs for several different pieces of
